Kossuth’s Lyles leaves baseball for fast-pitch

without comments

Kossuth High School’s Steve Lyles has resigned his position as head baseball coach to become the Lady Aggies’ fast-pitch softball coach this spring.
Lyles, who has coached baseball for 23 seasons at Kossuth, South Pontotoc, Marshall Academy and Greenville, coached slow-pitch softball this fall.
“I really enjoyed coaching slow-pitch,” he said. “This will be my first time to coach fast-pitch.
“I just thought it was time for a change.”
